4. Reduce stress on your loved ones. Yes, it is very stressful and complicated without a will or Trust
5. Avoid family disputes. Most people think this could never happen in their family – it does.
6. If you become incapacitated, do you want someone you trust or the state court making medical and financial decisions for you?
7. Designate your minor children’s Guardian, or the state court will decide for you.
8. Leave gifts to your favorite charities - Humane society, church, etc.
